Pooh's Playful Spot & Minnie's House

Does anyone know whether these will be coming back? I used to take a photo every year with my boys on the chair in Minnie's house and I'm devastated it's gone!

Minnie and Mickey's houses were completely destroyed. There have been rumors that some of the things inside were saved, but nothing confirmed. The buildings themselves were backhoed into rubble.

As for Pooh, they saved the tree, but the playgroud is gone. They did open an awesome interactive queue for the ride, so if you ride standby, there will be lots of stuff to play with and keep little ones busy.

I went through the que and I didn't see to much interaction things. Owls house was a walk in and walk out. The interaction things reminded me of a doctor's office toys. Will hope the new area will be better. When I read that mickey and minney's houses were gone I sat and remembered taking pictures of my sister
sitting in the chair beside the christmas tree in mickey's house.
Did they try and grab stuff so they could could sell it on the disney website under auctions. They did that when they closed Bear Band in California.
Sad to see them go they were the main icons in ToonTown.

I have been taking pictures of our daughter who is almost 15 years old in that chair in Minnie's house since she was 4 1/2 years old. I hope they will repurpose it. I also take one at the Snowman in the Studios outside the Christmas store.
