Was there or Is there any plans to add a hot tub to the pool area?

Really, that isn't considered pool hopping? Either way I'm not flaming you, just want to know if that's just an option Disney gives the Poly guests.

We did'nt know this until our recent stay at the Poly and enjoyed being able to do this. It's just a quick monorail ride and a very easy walk or ride back which ever you prefer.

There are also hottubs in the GF fitness center, and Poly guests get free access to it.

I've used the GF fitness center a lot on previous Poly stays, it's a really nice walk along the beach and a great facility.

Not sure but if you show them your KTTW card they can check the system and see what resort you're registered as staying at. I say check the system because your KTTW card doesn't have where you're staying at in 'print' on the card. The little magnetic strip on the back of the card does that.

On the subject of hot tubs, it would be nice to have one at the Poly but I've never wanted to use one. The volcano pool is just too inviting for me.

The first 4 numbers on the bottom of your room key show what resort you are staying at. I think 9926 is FW, and I know 9968 is the Polynesian. Once you figure them out you can tell just by looking what keys are from what resort. It makes it easier when trying to remember what room keys have tickets on them

I really hoped they would build one when they revamped the pool. I don't know how they can say it's too expensive when they charge so much for the rooms.

I like using the hot tub before I go to bed at night and I don't think I'd enjoy sleepwalking my way back from the Grand Floridian in the dark.
