Polynesian Room location concern

I really would like to stay at the Polynesian Resort. We have always stayed at the Wilderness Lodge, which I love. One of the things I love about the Lodge is it is an interior room resort. My concern about the Poly is the way the rooms are set up. Are the rooms far from the main building, restaurants, etc? If it rains, does this become a propblem? I am interested in concierge. Can anyone tell me where those rooms are?

Some rooms can be a bit of a hike from the main building at the Poly. Each individual building in the Poly has interior hallways, like the WL. It can be hard to find cover during a rainstorm when walking from your room to the main building. There aren't that many overhangs. But, that shouldn't be too big of an issue, IMO.

I'm not sure about concierge. I've never done concierge.

The Poly is very easy in the rain.

I have been there for numerous showers & down pours.

For instance, the last time we went, we stayed in Tahiti & when it would rain on us, we would leave the GCH (if facing the MK to the right), walk into Rarotonga, then run into Tokelau & then exit Tokelau in the middle of the building & enter Tahiti.

We didn't get that wet either.
