Polynesian Magic Kingdom view room gone for April 12-19???

Does this sound right? We already have a reservation for these dates in the theme park view room, but I was just plugging inthe dates to look at availability and it only shows garden vew rooms. Does this mean that if they extend the 4/3 offer that we would not be able to get it because their are no other rooms available???

It is definitely a possibility. They only allot a certain number of rooms in each category for the promotion. For example, we booked the 4/3 deal at the Poly for mid-March, and the week we wanted they only had Garden View and Concierge Level rooms left...no lagoon view or theme park view.

During SPring break and Easter things get booked up real quick.

We also tried to get a TPV at the Poly and it was not available for 3/12-3/20. We then tried lagoon. Still not available for the promotion. Garden view it is..

If you use a travel agent they can keep looking for you or call Disney every week and see if it's available. People are also changing their dates and room reservations. FOr example, we just decided to downgrade from club level. You can also try upgrade at the front desk when you arrive.

In other words, if they do extend the offer into April (my dates) if the rooms in a certain category are already filled will I be able to apply the promotion to my existing reservation or will that not be allowed?

Correct - if others have already booked the # of discounted rooms available for the promotion and there are none left - you wouldn't be able to get the discount.

We tried to apply the discount to our CR magic kingdom view room. They were not able to do it so we upgraded to concierge level and still saved over $1000 from the original price
