Polynesian Luau - in cool weather

We usually head to WDW during the cooler weather months....December, January, or February. Do they have the Luau at the Polynesian on the cooler nights or do they cancel because of the weather? I'm just curious if anyone has had experience with this. My DD and DS have never been to this and I think it might be a nice thing to try on our next trip, but I don't want to count on it if this show typically gets cancelled due to cool temperatures.
