Polynesian Concierge and PS question

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but there seems to be more information about concierge on this board than any other. We are staying Concierge at the Polynesian in Sept. On our previous trip Island Planning made all our PSs at the appropriate time. Since they have now changed the PS policy on most restaurants to 90 days out and our package is not due to be paid until 45 days when will Island Planning contact me? Last time Island Planning sent me a questionaire at least 3 months before our trip. Right now I am still having problems getting our confirmation to read correctly - waiting for number 3 in the mail!

If you are concerned about your PS's, you can certainly contact IPO now, by phone or email. They usually send you an itinerary form to fill out and mail back, but they will also do this by email, if you like. You do not have to have paid the full amount, I did not pay the balance until about 5 days before check in, and still IPO contacted me. Check out Tikiman's website for more info! We usually do room only reservations because we all have APs....usually. Anyway, as a result we don't pay anything more than one night's deposit until we check in. With the exception of one trip, we've always gotten the planning thingie. Haven't gotten one for July yet though but just booked it a couple of weeks ago.

Personally I LOVE making my own PSs. Of course, we also past the CRT breakfast stage. If I wanted that, I sure would be emailing IPO!
