Polynesian building request?

Just wondering if it's possible to request a particular longhouse at the Polynesian even if you're doing the land/sea package, or are all the "cruise people" assigned to one particular area at the resort?

From what I've been reading, it sounds like Tahiti is where DH and I would like to be and was wondering if we had any hope of getting that one.

I don't know much about cruises, but I'd guess that you can make a request based on whatever view your land package pays for. One side of Tahiti is lagoon view, the other is garden view.

Does anybody know which type of room is included in the land/sea package? Is it just garden view or does anyone get lucky enough to get a lagoon view room with this package?
