We have a 6:30pm ‘Ohana reservation.

I am trying to figure out the best way to get back after we eat:

1. Monorail to MK, Bus to POR

2. Walk to TTC, Monorail to Epcot, Bus POR

3. Bus to DS, Boat back to POR (I assume this is a lot of back tracking)

4. Just Uber it

Other?

What's your priority?
Time? Cost? Scenery?

Priority is time.

I know Uber will be fastest, but there is also a fee.

I’m going to guess that Uber is the fastest, but it’s a pay service.

Monorail to MK - Bus to POR is the fastest free option?

Bus to DS - boat to POR is longer, but more scenic.

I think it comes down to how tired the kids are. We have a 6:00am flight that day

I guess when you're dealing with tired parents/kids there wouldn't be too much fun to be had in taking the scenic route.

If I felt like touring, I'd walk through Polynesian resort to experience it, to TTC, take the Epcot monorail (when else are you going to take it, right?) and then hop a short bus ride to POR. If people will be tired and not want to walk through Poly grounds though, the Resort monorail platform at Poly is upstairs at the same level as Ohana, so taking that to MK and then a bus from MK would definitely be the fastest free option. Just watch fireworks timing as there could be a mass exodus from MK depending on how long dinner takes.

From fastest to slowest:

Just Uber it (about 15 minutes)

Walk to TTC, Monorail to Epcot, Bus POR (45 to 60 minutes)

Monorail to MK, Bus to POR (60 to 75 minutes)

Bus to DS, Boat back to POR plan on 2 hours

If it was just DH and I, I'd do the monorail to MK then bus to POR. If kids were with us, I'd ask what they want to do, and likely it would be the speed of Uber that would win out.
