Poly Villas Availability through Disney

Are the standard and lake view studios at the Poly villas likely to be available to book through Disney? When I look on MDE far in advance in 2016 it says they aren't available. Do they release them at 7 months out or something and not as far in advance as a regular hotel room?

I just posted this in a thread about the GF villas:

For cash reservations, villas show availability 11 months from your check OUT date. This is different from other rooms and also different from villas in the DVC points inventory, which are available 11 months from an owner's check IN date. There was a DISer who tracked cash availability for villas for over a year to confirm the pattern, and it has consistently worked for us as well. The cash inventory is very different from the points inventory and much more limited, so good luck.
