Poly Upgrade

I AM GOING TO STAY @ THE POLY THIS SEPT. 2002. I AM TOLD THAT IF I WANT A UPGRADE TO CONC. SERVICE I HAVE TO WAIT UNTILL CHECK IN TO SEE IF ONES AVALABLE EVEN IF I AM GOING TO PAY FOR THE UPGRADE. IS THIS TRUE? IF NOT HOW CAN I ACQUIRE THE UPGRADE.

I assume you are staying on points. The current program specifically restricts Concierge but sometimes, as TNRobin says, they do allow an upgrade at check-in. Next year, they have built Concierge into the DC program. This year Su-Th at the Poly should be costing you 22 and F-Sa 40. Next year you can guarantee Concierge for 48 points weekdays and 86 points weekends during September.
