Poly room request

Hello all! I need advice for room request at Poly. Before DVC we loved Raratonga ground floor to be next to GCH. We are new to DVC and about to book our first trip. Looking at DVC map it seems Tokelau ground floor would be the closest to our desired location but we would like to be at the end of the building nearest GCH. How should I word request to get the best chance of receiving my request? I am booking SV studio.

We had just that very room or actually maybe one off the end of the hallway. I would word it pretty much as you stated here: Tokelau, ground floor, close to ceremonial house.
