We are staying at the poly in the beginning of May for a week. We have never stayed here before-though we have been to th WL, BC, YC, BW, POR, CBR, CSR. I saw the menu for the QS of Captain cooks and it looked pretty sparse to me- we generally get breakfast at the hotel for QS and like eggs and bacon, waffle, etc. I didn't see that listed- just oatmeal and cold cereal. Do they have more than this or will we have to travel elsewhere for what we are looking for?
TIA!

Capt. Cook's definitely has more than just oatmeal and cereal. :goodvibes We love breakfast here. Tonga toast, yum! Not as good as Kona Cafe, but still good. This menu should help you more..

thanks! Not sure which menu I was seeing! :confused3 Glad to see that I can get a mickey waffle and some eggs at the poly!

I thought that the choices looked a little limited even after looking at the menus before our trip. I was more used to the Moderate food courts that have tons of offerings.
We were pleasantly suprised and really enjoyed Captain Cook's:)

Captain Cooks has a great variety on the menu.....definitely more than oatmeal and cold cereal :). We love Captain Cooks.....it's our favorite resort CS place :goodvibes.

Has anyone ever had eggs and bacon or mickey waffles at Capt Cooks? I never saw any of that when we ate there last few years?

It was pastries, oatmeal, sliders, tonga toast, cereal..

My mom had the platter and I had the croissant sandwich without the meat. My husband always, always orders the Tonga Toast. Most of the time I just prefer to have a cup of fruit to an actual breakfast, though.

I agree I normaly have fruit and yogurt its DH and DS that are the bacon and eggs ppl..I too love the tonga toast, I have it once each trip and I share with someone..
