Poly Private Dining

My wife and I got married at Sunset Point at the Polynesian almost three years ago. We will be returning for our third anniversary in a few weeks. We are planning on going to Sunset Point the night before our anniversary to watch Wishes. My question is this: Can the staff at the Poly arrange for us to have a private dinner at Sunset Point? If so, who do I call to set this up?

If it's not already booked for a wedding, you can arrange for a private dinner. Just be aware that for it to be truly private--ie, the area will be roped off and no one will be allowed to wonder by, you will pay a premium, it will be MUCH more expensive than simply the cost of have a dinenr brought out.
