Poly monorail from TTC or GCH?

I will be staying at the Poly in Dec. I plan on eating breakfast in the Great Ceremonial House at either Kona or Ohana or Captain Cook's each day, then going to my destination for the day- MK, Epcot, DAK, Studios, etc.

Would I save time walking to the TTC and then taking the monorail from there, or is it better to just take the monorail from GCH and transfer. Does my day's destination make a difference? Are there buses to DAK and Studios from the Poly elsewhere or only from TTC?

Thanks!

To MK---monorail.
To Epcot---walk to TTC and catch monorail. (this will be quicker than taking the resorts monorail all the way around)
To AK---bus from Poly.
To Disney Studios---bus from Poly.

ditto what Keith said.

And on way back to Poly. from MK, try out the boat at least once. It's a nice ride. :wizard:

Is it possible to get a bus to AK and MGM at the TTC. I thought I read that it was faster tan waiting at the Poly bus stop. I could be remembering the post wrong, though.

Also, some have said that taking the monorail to MK, then transferring to the AK or MGM bus works too. Do you guys agree?

Definetly catch the bus directly from the Polynesian. The bus stop is closer, and the buses will run much better from there.

Is there a bus to Epcot from the Polynesian?

No, there isn't. And you'd be surprised at how many guests who would rather take the direct bus from the Contemporary, Polynesian, and Grand Floridian than two monorails.

Thanks.

A thread last week on the resorts board had me doubting myself. :teeth:

I can't imagine there would not be buses from EPCOT to GF and CR as well.

You of all people should know not to trust those not wearing purple pants! :) Reminds me of the guests who INSIST that they parked *AT* the Magic Kingdom, and did not take a boat or monorail to get to the park. (There's at least one per month)
