Poly launch boat—returning?

Hi! Do we assume the launch boat that services GF/Poly/MK will resume once the NBA leaves?

We are staying at the Poly in November and prefer open air transport to MK.

Maybe the walking path will even be finished by then?

Is the ferry from TTC running plenty early to rope drop?

Reports are that the Poly boat is running now, but I don't know whether it's'stopping at GF. They're using one of the large, flat MK-class boats, which formerly ran within DAK.
