Poly January 2016?? Still a construction zone

I am thinking of doing a Poly DVC studio in Jan 2016. How bad do we think the construction will be then? How are the DVC units affected. I am most concerned about noise.

At this time, in January, the east pool will probably still be under construction. They haven't even started yet, but rumors are that it's going to start after the July 4th holiday weekend. The longer they wait on starting it, the more into 2016 it will run. The problem with this is that the east pool is right next to the Tokelau DVC building.

Also from what I heard, they have work permits pulled for the great ceremonial house (main building). Nobody knows what they are for, when it will start, how long it will last, or how it will impact anything.
