Thanks for sharing your photos. It definitely looks like there will be a fence/guard rail separating the plunge pool from part of the balcony. It also looks like there is no gate to permit access to the plunge pool from the balcony. Perhaps its a bit of a safety feature that access to the pool will only be from what I assume will be the master bedroom.
