Poly Concierge ?

Hello,
We have just booked our trip for September. We are conierge garden view in the Hawaii building. They were sold out of lagoon view rooms for our dates.

They told me to keep trying back to see if a lagoon view would open up.

Calling and sitting on hold can get expensive. Does anyone have any tips on how to go about this? When to call or any help?

We'd really like to end up in the lagoon view rooms.

Is Hawaii all non-smoking or mixed by floors? I would like a balcony/patio but not a smoking room. Also, am I correct that the second floor does not have balconies? Thanks in advance for a first time Poly hopeful!!!

Jen, the Hawaii concierge bldg designates the third floor as smoking optional. You are correct that the 2nd floor does not have balconies according to Tikiman's wonderful website. The 1st floors have patios.
