Poly Concierge e-mail

I've got a Concierge room at the Poly booked for July and I'm wanting to get in touch with them to get some info and request a room (and also to confirm everything is booked!) We booked through DVC and left our home address with them, but two months later we still haven't heard anything - although we are based in the UK.

I'm sure I saw somewhere on these boards the direct e-mail address for the Concierge desk but I can't find it - can anybody pass it on to me (PM if needs be) so I can contact them? I've been to Tikiman's website to try and find out but I'm on a rubbish dial-up connection at work and I simply don't have enough time in the day to get his page to load up !
