Does anyone what the earliest bus in the morning departs the Poly for Animal Kingdom?

Park buses regularly start running an hour before park opening.

Buses start running by 6:30am, each morning, from resorts to parks. These buses do run a bit less frequently..so be prepared to wait up to 30 mins for the next one to come if you just miss the bus you want.
These buses are provided so as to get the guests to the parks for those early morning ADRs and tours.

Since your staying at the Polynesian you also have the option of walking to the TTC for the buses that go to Hollywood Studios and the Animal Kingdom.
