Don't know if it's still an issue but they installed a window AC unit due to HVAC issues with the bungalows being too warm. The septic system also has been reported as making loud noises.

They only have two real beds, one king and one queen. The other four sleeping spaces are fold out, one queen sleeper and two murphy beds. For the points charged, you should be able to get real beds.
Disney wants to make as much money as possible. Villas, no matter what they call them, have only gotten smaller since they built OKW. With Polynesian studios, they made them fit the existing spaces/windows.Thank you for the info.
You make a good point.
I wonder why they didn't make them a little bigger, to have more beds?
I am looking to stay here for one night, just to try it.
Happy New Year!

And they keep raising the price per point. As long as people keep buying they'll keep reducing, raising the price, and making more and more money. I for one am done. I'm not buying any more points and I'm thinking seriously of selling some or all. The magic is disappearing.Disney wants to make as much money as possible. Thanks for the review. The views are wonderful from the Bungalows, and we were more impressed with them than we thought we would be. We would consider staying in them again with our family. It was nice to watch the fireworks from the small deck or in the small splash pool. There were only two of us for 3 days so space was not an issue. We were there in late September, and it was very warm in the Bungalows during the day. We kept the fans on and the shades closed when we weren't in the room. The small window air conditioning unit was in the master bedroom which kept us comfortable at night, but did not cool off the rest of the bungalow. They claim they are using the small window units as a temporary fix until they can find a solution to the problem. The plumbing is very noisy. There is a big whoosh sound that seems to come from under the Bungalow.
Its a timeshare, they are built to make money, and they do that rather well. I do think the Poly Studios work, and the size if I'm not mistaken are one of the larger sq ftg. I do think it was a mistake to scrap the 1 and 2 Bedroom Villa's.Disney wants to make as much money as possible. Villas, no matter what they call them, have only gotten smaller since they built OKW. The magic IMO is a symptom of the corporate world we live in. I don't think the level of magic is tied to point cost. And they keep raising the price per point. Price keeps going up, people keep buying, DVC is not going to lower points.and there are people on here that think that's okay. Lower the points Disney, there not worth it with the problems they have.
Ummm... have you read your signature tag? Aren't you saying the same thing there? Its a timeshare, they are built to make money, and they do that rather well.
