This will be our first time staying at the Poly.:D Can someone tell me whether or not the pillows and comforters are down filled?
My son has serious allergies and I want to know whether or not I need to request hypoallergetic pillows.

Thanks in advance

The comforters are fiberfill. Some of the pillows are down, others are fiberfill. My advice is don't chance it, bring his from home.

As Anne said you'll be fine with the comforters.

I have rather severe asmtha and requested foam pillows (this was in 1983) on our first stay. For many years each visit we had all hypoallergenic pillows of one sort or another without asking. Of course, the beds used to be triple sheeted too.

Anyway these days our rooms have the mix that Anne mentioned. It works out fine for us as I just need them for our bed and two of our children prefer feather. I just feel all the pillows and distribute them accordingly.:teeth:

If your son is super sensitive then perhaps you should bring your own or request that all pillows be hypoallergenic. Of course a little exposure while not actually sleeping on it might help desensitize your little one...just as shots do.

Is that you, my dear sister Kathy? Can't wait to see you there!

Tell Chris we have to resume our planning!
