Poly availability at 7 months out?

I am just beginning to look into renting DVC points. Is it likely or unlikely that a Poly studio (standard or lake view) would be available at 7 months out through a renter? Or would I have to book at 11 months out with an owner who owns at the Poly?

Any other tips for how to get to stay in a Poly studio whether through disney or a renter?

Poly is still too new to have reliable booking patterns, but what appears to be developing is that it will likely be avaialble 7 months out much of the time during DVC's low to moderate demand season which runs from mid-Jan to late Sep, but that it will probably have issues a number of times during DVC's high demand season, which is late Sep to marathon weekend in Jan.

Note getting a Poly studio through Disney and getting one through a DVC renter are two very different things that are based on different inventories and Disney may well have availability when DVC does not.

I am looking at the Poly during the slower January season at 6 months out and can get 4 of the 6 nights I want. Two are not available, but it is the MLK weekend. I'm hoping for some waitlist luck.
