Poly A/C question

Hello all! I posted this question yesterday, but I think it disappeard into the abyss!! I will be staying at the Polynesian for the first time July 30-August 2 and I am soooo excited!! I remember reading a thread about motion sensors that shut off the air conditioning at night and I wanted to know how to override it. I know it is super hot right now and I don't want to be waking up in a ball of sweat!

I am taking my 3 nieces ages 3,6,and 8 who have never been to WDW and my sister who has been once. I will be posting a pre-trip report soon!

I saved the instructions, so I can do the same in Oct. Here it is:

On the thermostat push the power button and the down arrow(that adjusts the temp) at the exact same time. If you do this correctly there will be the letters "bp" where the temp numbers usually are. You are now bypassing the sensors in the room. You can then set the temp to whatever you want and it keeps the room that cold whether you are in it or not.
