Classical every time. I like to try to identify the piece, composer and era that it was written. That keeps my brain active on long waits.

I'm not surprised that nobody picked "service messages". Those are so boring and tacky.

This morning I listened to the veterinarian's service message for about 15 minutes.

I like tha places that give you a choice of what you want to listen to from elevator music to alternative and heavy metal and hip hop. That way you can change it up a bit listening to the same stuff while on hold all the time sucks.

Wow that is to bad up here in Canada most places now have an option to choose what you listen to I kinda like it that way.

I prefer to listen to music, but I HATE it when the music stops suddenly and you get a recorded message about waiting longer. I always think it's a live person
