We have never been to Chef Mickey's. We'd like to try it on our next trip. Which would be a better choice, breakfast or dinner?

I personnally don't like to rush for a meal that costs so much....(bfast)

And I know that, we usually rush in the morning just to make it in time for park opening....I would rather pay more for dinner after a hot day in the parks and take my time knowing that all I have left to see are the night shows.

You need a box for "It depends!" I prefer breakfast there, but like the other posted mentioned, its not worth missing the first hour or two that the park is open. We often make a PS for breakfast as late as possible (usually that's 11:20am) on an EMH morning at MK. We enjoy 3 hours at MK with low crowds and then head over to Chef Mickey's for brunch.

Good luck with your choice.

We've always done dinner there, but last trip in December, it was very crowded and dirty, and the food was mediocre. I'd go for breakfast.

We are not worried about being rushed in the mornings to get to the parks. While we usually attend early openings at the park, this trip will be more relaxed in terms of our schedule. Therefore, time is not a consideration for us. I am just trying to decided which meal has better food!
Thanks for your opinions!!!

Ditto...We have had some great breakfasts here and a very "blah" dinner. It was extremely dirty.

::MickeyMo We like it for breakfast. It's fun and since we're not really "morning people," it really wakes us up. ::MinnieMo

Breakfast only if early MK AM and then heading to EPCOT (love those monorails for transporation) in the afternoon. My DS & DD like the Contemporay game room too :)

Dinner - nice buffet, something for everyone - and great if the new late MK hours are available in the evening to walk off dinner.

The noise can get to you. If it does bother you ask for a side table.
The side tables are less active. The characters stay more towards the center.

The Chef Mickey song will not stick in your head like the It's A Small World song will. (unless you have a tower room - you can hear the song in the bathroom ;) )

I voted breakfast because we love it! I haven't had dinner, but I have heard very mixed reviews. The morning thing doesn't matter to us, either, because it's our check-out day ritual.

Have a blast!
