Poll..Best week to go in Nov./Dec. 2007?

Which is the best week to go to enjoy the Christmas decorations and avoid the crowds? The week following Thanksgiving or the 1st or 2nd week of December? and why?

We have been both the first week of Dec and the second week of Dec. Both are fantastic. Just be wary of the Pop Warner days, which are usually sometime in the first week, I think. Other than that, crowds are low both weeks. It is a great time to go.
