Poll: Are You Going In Costume To Mickey's Treat Or Treat Party?

We (4 yrs DD and Me) are gonna dress up. DD's birthday is Oct. 2nd so she gets to ToT on her birthday. I was thinking a Disney outfit but I didn't want to get lost in a sea of princesses. I was thinking a modified Willy Wonka and Oompa Loompa (she really loves the movie... original of course). Modified to girlish form so more like Wilma Wonka and Femmpa Loompa. We'll see how it works out.

Last year when we took DS, he dressed up and we didn't. The big reason was because we had traveled more than 1/2 way across the country to go to So. Ca and didn't feel like hauling costumes for adults. DS loved being dressed up. We were OK not wearing them. If we had still been living in CA then we likely would've gone in costume too.

Not going this year. Not sure when we'll get back.

On the other night I'm attending I'll be going as a pirate, picture below taken from eBay. I'll be wearing black leggings with this though...maybe a tight black top underneath also, depends how it looks when I recieve it. I'm worried about my costume offending people LOL.

I like both of them but pirate better I am having the same dilemia I was gonna wear black and white stockings to go completely they have the same for the alice outfit I looked out but letme know how urs looks cause I dont wanna buy it if it is gonna be too short but I totally love the alice one I saw

Just updating to say we decided we're all going as pirates. We just bought a house 2 weeks ago so I don't have the time/energy to make anything complicated, or the extra $$ to buy new costumes. Plus, DS10 has an awesome faux-suede pirate coat that he'll outgrow soon! Gotta use it while we can....

Ok so DH MIL and Me will be in Pirate T Shirts - that counts right! Then DS (15 months) will be in skeleton PJ's that glow because he wont make it much past 7pm and DD (3) will be in a pricess dress I am sure...trying for something else too - but PJ's by the end of the night - so we are a little fun with a bunch of practical and comfort

I'm going as a pooh-sized Alice (I just ate one of those growth cookies is all!). My husband is going as the Mad Hatter, and my mom is going as the Queen of Hearts. All this is pending my rusty sewing skills, so we'll see if it actually happens.

I will be a semi-pooh-sized Alice, too! I am a size 14-16 and saw many, many Alice costumes last year of all shapes and sizes. The little ones are so cute and many of them approached me to say hi. It was really fun. I only wish my DH would go and be the Mad Hatter. I will look for you Pezalicious!

We're going on Halloween. Have never gone before and it sounds like fun.

It will be myself, DD, and DH. We were thinking of going as fastpasses, which my DD came up with because we thought we were sooo original. Now I am glad we came up with Hercules and two of the muses.
It will definitely be a simplified version as my sewing skills are pretty rudimentary but so far so good!

Hi, I just recieved the Pirate costume. It just covers my A** but if you are going to wear stockings or something underneath than it won't be that bad. As long as noone can see your underwear than its all good LOL
