Of course not. What I am saying is that many right wing supporters claim that the Bible unquestionably supports their political views. I feel that my more Liberal views are also based on things that I learned from the Bible.

This does not make either position right or wrong. The Bible and its interpretaion, in my opinion, have no place in public debates.

I also feel that this cartoon shows the power of "spin". Anyone can be made to look better or worse depending on who is presenting the image.
