I've seen people rave on here about Polite Pig and its value on the dining plan as a QS credit. My question is, does the value still hold up when paying out of pocket? Does the quality and portions match the prices? Can 2 adults share? That typically increases the value for us. Thanks!

DH and I shared a rack of ribs. The ribs were very good. It came with cole slaw and a side item. We got mac and cheese as our side. We felt the price was reasonable. We also were paying out of pocket. The only time we have done a dining plan was a trip where we got it for free.

We paid out of pocket for it when we were there in December and will be again this November. It is our favorite QS on property now and I think worth the cost as it's a large portion and very high quality food. The portions are definitely large enough to be split if you want to. DH and I did separate meals and did have leftovers.

We feel the Polite Pig is a lot of bang for the buck. The portions are large, very good and I love that there are several healthy side options. Last time we were there, I selected the half chicken and it was the equivalent to 4 huge pieces of chicken. It was crazy good and tender but my husband had to eat half of it for me. This entree could easily be shared and just purchase 1 additional side if you like. My DH chose the pork shoulder which he said was great. The portion was not as large as the chicken but we felt it was still well worth the money for Disney.

We've visited here but were on the dining plan. The portions were decently large (3 adults split 2 rib meals) and the food was good. I'm not sure the value is the greatest for cash. The drinks are also very strong if you order alcohol.

Since alcohol is on the dining plan im assuming polite pig is included in this as well? Can we order drinks with our meals in QSDP?

The food is great and the portions are good for what the prices are. Great BBQ food !
