not sure what to think of this .... are they trying to lay the blame with the trainer .... or trying to find a less tragic reason than the whale killed her on purpose?

I don't think anyone has ever accused the orca of doing this on purpose. (that is, intentionally killing a human as opposed to following some sort of predator-prey reflex)
