When first becoming members I thought we would do the Sun-Thurs thing and somewhere else for the weekends but.....it takes too much effort for us to move all our junk ( 3 kids ) 
Once we check in we like to stay put.
Traveling so far from Hawaii...last thing we want to do is pack up and switch. So when we book our DVC stays I try to plan it out so we arrive on Sunday and stay about 10-12 days so at least we only stay one Fri/Sat.
Maybe when the kids get older and can pack up their own junk we'll conserve our points more.
