Points to Rent - Lots of VGC $14.50/pt, checkin 7-11 months out

These are June 2017 points at the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian, the beautiful resort just steps from Disney's California Adventure. If you are interested, please PM me:

- Dates of travel
- Villa size
- Number of occupants

I am a long time owner of this hard to book resort. I request a minimum 100 points per reservation, and will provide a contract that we can both sign.

If you don't know already, the Villa's are very difficulty to book unless you take advantage of the 7-11 month window that an owner can provide. Please consider that time window when considering your vacation dates.

Full disclosure: I have not rented to others before. I am keen to establish a good reputation, however, and I will do whatever I can to ensure your trust. I am renting at a bit lower than market rate, because I want to establish a track record and references.

Those dates would be available for a one bedroom villa. Total points would be 338, or $4,901.

A studio would be available for all those dates except for the 31st.

VGC's is completely booked in September, sorry! VGC is hard to get outside of our our 4 month booking window. That means I can book from December to March pretty well. If you can wait, contact me via PM next October if you want to book September 2018.
