Points for Tanque Verde

I have been mailing membership services for a few weeks now trying to get points for Tanque Verde Ranche for October this year. They advised me they are still in negotiations, and i was wondering wether there was a chance that they might not continue the relationship.... Has anyone come across this before, or know how far into the year it is before points are usually confirmed. I am desperate to book my first vacation as a DVC member!!!

The Concierge Club list can and does change, and yes there is a chance that the relationship may not continue - hopefully not with regard to TV though, as everything I'ver read on this board indicates it's a real fav' for members.
