Points for Rent: up to 100 POLY points (Dec 2022 UY), $20pp

We are unable to make a trip this upcoming year, so are looking to rent up to 100 of our POLY points for $20pp. Since these are Dec 2022 UY, these are good through November 30, 2023, with exclusive access to the newly refurbished Polynesian Villas for bookings 7-11 months out (all DVC resorts when booking for stays less than 7 months out).

That's okay... it means that they can be used from Dec 1, 2022, through Nov 30, 2023. Their use year simply starts on Dec 1.

DVC Resorts typically book up full months in advance. There were no rooms available for that date range (assuming you are talking about Dec 2022). If you have other trip date possibilities, just let me know.

Also, one other thing to keep in mind is that DVC members can only book up to 11 months out, with most availability being in the 7-11 month window. Although depending on resort and dates, there can be availability at less than 7 months. Good luck!

I am looking to book any time between December 22-January 2, and hoping to be able to find at least four or five consecutive nights, no resort preference. My party contains 2 adults and 2 children. I understand that this is a busy time, but I figured that I would still inquire. Thank you!

Since I've been getting some questions from some people unfamiliar with how DVC works, I want to clarify that the points I have can be booked at any DVC resort if the stay is less than 7 months out. But for stays that are 7-11 months out, I can (only) book at the Polynesian. Hopefully, that helps.... I also edited the OP for clarity.

Either. We actually already have some normal, non-DVC split-stay reservations but were curious about DVC rental so we are just exploring. We could cancel one or both of our current reservations.
