I am an experienced renter with references. I have found that the easiest way to make this type of transaction go smoothly is to explicitly give me all the information I need to make your reservation at the start.

I prefer to make reservations greater than 60 days out.
I can not accept paypal, unless you want to reimburse me for the fee the site charges me.
Payment required within 30 days of making reservation by check (this is a protection for you.)
