Hi, just checked the only 2 bedroom availability in May for four or five nights would be for checkin on the 23rd at the earliest and check out on the 30th at the latest. However only Lake View is available. So for 5 nights checking out on the 30th you'd pay 230 as opposed to 210. If you can give me more precise dates I can give you precise points. And these are going to go quick.

I am a 4th year DVC member who has both rented and transferred points to others multiple times over the last several years.

I have up to 480 points for rent/transfer. I am charging only $18 a point. The 180 points are Dec 2024 points. My home resort is the Animal Kingdom Lodge. As such, I can book a reservation at AKL up to 11 months from the date you are seeing this post or all other resorts up to 7 months from the date you are seeing this. For a transfer, since I only get one, the minimum needs to be 150 points. And I will only due the transfer after Jan 1, 2025. My day off from work is Wednesday, so that is when I could make the call to Member Services, and you would need to get on the line as well. They need to talk to both parties.

NB: It is super highly unlikely that there will be any availability for any Boardwalk Villa Standard views or Value and Club Rooms at Animal Kingdom Lodge. I also can't see right now if there is any availability at the new Polynesian Tower. And as stated above, I don't want to use up my direct points this year so I wont make reservations at Riveria, Disneyland Tower or the Cabins at Fort Wilderness.

Payment:

A) For a transfer of points, half is due when we make the agreement, and the other half is due after the points appear in your account when we call member services. As a reminder, just like we don't talk about Bruno, we don't talk about money changing hands when on the phone with Member Services.

B) For a rental reservation, 20% is due when we reach the initial agreement to rent the points. Payment is due in full after I send you a confirmed reservation. There are no refunds unless I receive the points back from DVC and they do not go into holding. I accept either Venmo, Paypal, or cashier’s check. If you would like to use Paypal or Venmo then you are responsible for covering any and all fees associated with the transaction. I will also provide a contract for the rental as well.

Both Jambo House and Kidani Village are available. Check in on June 21st and check out on June 25th is 71 points= $1278.

Hi, I'd love to help you out on this, but you are better off finding someone with Boardwalk points to make this reservation for you now. BC September is the lowest cost point season, it tends to be the month where availability goes very quickly, especially since Food and Wine at Epcot is going on. So if there was availability today, there probably wouldn't be in like 2 and half months when I could actually make this for you. I don't want you to miss out if that's what you want. The only resort I can book this far out is Animal Kingdom Lodge, where I know Standard and Savanna views are available, but club and value views are not.

There is only one available day in Old Key west during that time period. The best I could piece together would May 3rd, Saratoga Springs standard studio, 15 points, Animal Kingdom Lodge Savanna for May 4th- 15 points, then back to Saratoga Springs standard studio from May 5th until checkout on May 12th for 90 points. This is the least amount of moves and points that I could piece together. So a total of 120 points.

May seems to have spotty availability at all the resorts the first 2 weeks of May, not sure why. I can check other dates or 1 bedrooms if you want me to.
