I was actually wrong, Old Key West would be cheaper.

I could actually reserve any of those for your trip starting next Friday, Nov 22. However, looking at the availability charts on a website I trust and then the actual availability on the 2 weeks prior to when you check in, it seems like that both the Beach Club and Boardwalk Villas will probably not be available next Friday.
