We have home resort points available for rent/transfer @ Aulani 752 points, Bay Lake Tower (BLT) 572 points, and Villas of Grand California (VGC) 757 points. Reservations can be booked up to 11 months in advance. These points are for 2018 and 2019 use years. Asking $16 point with no additional fees.

We're taking in more requests for transfers. The current high point request is 264 points. We still have plenty of points for rentals as only point transfers are limited. I'm happy to do reservations for anyone looking for a point transfer. In the contract we can stipulate that if your vacation is cancelled (outside the 30 day window or banking deadline) that we would bank them to the next year for your use. Thanks

Confirmed today that I can do two point transfers per year because I have two membership IDs and use years.

Checked again with DVC today and learning even more detailed information. One transfer per membership per year and within that membership only one transfer per contract. Transfer options updated below. Also, still have points available for normal points rentals.

2018 Aulani (230 points) - Collecting requests
2019 Aulani - Contract signed
2019 BLT (250 points) or VGC (200 points) - Still collecting requests. Highest point request will receive priority.

Correction on earlier comments about points transfers between members: The person I talked to @ DVC was mistaken about only being able to transfer out of one contract per membership. Today I was able to transfer 2019 points out of four contracts (two different resorts) and one membership number into another members account.

Points still available. Rooms disappearing fast. Most resorts book out studios 7 months out. This means that most resorts are out of capacity through January 6th 2019.

Exceptions:
Aulani Garden and Pool views have availability the end of October.
Vero Beach has availability in July.
Saratoga Springs @ DW has availability starting in December.
