Points for Rent/Transfer: 353 BWV points available @ $10/point

I have 353 points for transfer or rent/use with the Disney vacation Club (143 need to be used for a stay occurring before December 2009, and 210 need to be used by December 2010); resort is BWV.

Asking $10 per point.

Hi There. Do they have to be used by December 2010 or before the end of December 2010. I am looking to rent points for 27th - 30th December 2010 (3 nights) in a studio (don't mind if it has to be preferred). Am I too early to do this - I am new to all this renting DVC points so sorry if I am unclear. Thanks.
