Points for Rent/Transfer: 100 CCV pts. & 100 RIV pts. (or use at any resort) starting @ $16 per point for reservations until 12/31/21

I have been a DVC member since 2018. The points can be used for booking a room from now up until 11 months (up until 12/31/21) from now for Copper Creek (CCV) & Riviera (RIV) and 7 months or less from now for all other resorts.

$16 per point for 7 month or less reservations, $17 per point for 7+ month (home resort priority) reservations (such as those hard to get CCV studios or RIV tower/standard studios).

Travel for dates from 9/2/2020 - 11/30/20 will require us to borrow points, if available.

We can also transfer 120 of the 2020 Copper Creek points at $17 per point, Dec UY good until Nov 31, 2022, if available.
We can also transfer 100 of the 2020 Riviera points at $17 per point, Dec UY good until Nov 31, 2022, if available.

Please include the following:
1. Check-In date
2. Check-Out date
3. Traveling party size
5. DVC resort in order preferred (CCV, BRV, RIV, BLT, PVB, OKW, AKV, VGF, etc.)
6. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, etc..)
7. View (standard, preferred, lake, theme park, savanna, any, etc..)

Payment terms - I accept Zelle (Prefer), Venmo or PayPal Friends & Family

Once a resort, price and booking date have been agreed to and is available, a booking will be made with the renters information and a contract will be created for e-signing by both parties. Once the contract is signed the reservation number (if booked) will be e-mailed.

Why Rent From Me?
* I might be able to get dates that other renters said are not available (optional)
* I work with an agreement (electronic signatures)
* I can do what a broker will not - full refund or rebook in the event the resort is closed by Disney -- renters choice
* I respond quickly allowing the room to get secured.

Deluxe Studio - Preferred = 81 Points

There are 4 nights at OKW, 3 nights at AKV - Jambo

Okay, ya the availability goes fast (especially when the check-in date is within a few months) and changes frequently. For standard studios, OKW for 4 nights and AKV with 3 nights are the only current options.

Yes except for CCV and RIV. We have booked other resorts so far without issue, as long as the resort has availability.

For someone that doesn't have Aulani as their home resort it is bookable in about two months. Right now the three studio view options are available.

I could only transfer 100 RIV points since its a one time option in and out. For the BLT studio, what dates where you looking at?
