Points for rent, check-in after 12/1/22 only: BLT (40) @18pp

Hello, following is my points availability (as of 2/8/22 @1:00pm) for check-in AFTER 12/1/22 only (all other points have been rented out):

40 BLT ($18pp)
*I can borrow up to an additional 40 BLT points. Any reservation requiring borrowing will also require a $300 deposit prior to booking, if the reservation cannot be completed then the $300 will be immediately refunded.

I'm a long time Disboards member and have rented my excess points for over 10 years. I'm very prompt and typically respond within 1hr. Terms are as follows:
- I have a standard contract that I use for all vacation club rentals
- minimum 50% due upon reservation confirmation
- balance due within 60 days of check-in
- payment accepted: zelle, venmo, PayPal (if using credit card or as merchant, you pay additional fees)

I'm happy to check availability for any reservations, simply provide the following to get the ball rolling: desired resort, room (size and view), check-in and check-out dates.

Hi, I assume the dates listed were in preference order. The 2nd week you listed (12/11-12/17) has studio availability in all views currently (94 for standard, 111 for lake view, 126 for theme park view). Hi. Lake view is available for both time frames but not standard view. Unfortunately I can't help you with this one because 12/3-12/12 is 408 points which exceeds what I have. Best of luck to you!

My dates are 11/19-11/24 @ BLT with a 2BR Lake (STD not avail) and a Studio Lake (STD not avail).

I'm assume that is 257,99 each respectively. I'm wondering if I rent points from someone else for the 2BR, if we could make something work for the studio? Not sure if that has been done or works well.

I know I'm a new user, but happy to provide any references etc.

Sure, that works. There's no guarantee the rooms will be near each other, even if it's the same member booking both rooms. If/when you're ready to book, please send me a private message with names of all guests in the studio, ages of any kids, who the reservation should be under, mailing address (and ID if different), a phone number and email. If you can't send messages yet, you'll need to post on other forums first. I believe after 10 posts you can send private messages. Hope that helps!

You would just make 2 separate reservations. I'd book the studio for you and he would book the 2br. Check in 11/19 and check out 11/24 is 99 points for lake view or 125 points for theme park view.

Sorry, the other person does not have the full 256 needed for the 2br.

I need a total of 356 points, I was wondering if there was a way to pay him to transfer 137 of his points to you to make the two bookings. I don't know if these type complicated scenarios even work which is why I'm asking.

Oh, ok got it. I haven't read other rental threads. In theory he could pay someone to transfer the points to him but I personally don't transfer. If you find someone with more points and/or want me to book the studio for you, let me know. Best of luck!
