Greetings All!
We have 650 remaining September 2010 Use Year points available for rent. Most of these points can be borrowed into the September 2009 Use Year for folks who might want a summer or early fall reservation. The breakdown (with pricing) is as follows:
Bay Lake Tower: 385 points at $12 per point
Villas at Grand Californian Hotal: 200 points at $12 per point
Saratoga Springs Resort: 69 points at $9 per point
(For anyone needing more points for a stay after 9/1/2010 we could borrow more points from our September 2011 Use Year - so don't be afraid to ask about longer stays or larger units!)
We have a simple points rental agreement that is available for review on request. We require 50% of the payment when we make the reservation and the remaining balance once we confirm the reservation and deliver the printed confirmation. All point rentals are final. We prefer payments by Paypal, and we split the Paypal fees with our renters. We provide for electronic execution of our points rental agreement to make the whole process very easy.
We have successfully rented a large number of points before, and we hope that you will have confidence in us! We have the points and we shall deliver as promised. We are happy to rent any number of points! We also can provide references from some of our past renters. (See also some of the feedback in this thread.)
