Points For Rent @ AKL @ $15PP Closed

I have 68 points at AKL with a use year of October 2018 that I would like to rent. As of today the check in for AKL is on or before December 24, 2018, based upon availability. Any other Disney Vacation Club Resort would need a check-in date on or before August 24, 2018. I have rented out points before and can provide references if requested. I will accept a bank check or Paypal (renter responsible for 3% Paypal fees). I always communicate with whomever I am working with and try to respond within a few hours.

I'm really new to this and I apologize for not knowing exactly how this works. I'm wanting to rent points for AKL dvc for a Value studio in Jambo for 5-7 days the week after thanksgiving. Do I rent all 68 of your points or can I rent less ( I know 5 days costs 48 points for a value room for my dates and 7 days cost 69)? And can the points be applied to any category? I ask because I've been told at most dvc rental companies that the value rooms are sold out. I just want to make sure that is only their individual inventory they are talking about and not the entire dvc inventory. Hope that makes sense. Thank you!

Yes. The dates that we want for sure are Nov 26 to Dec 1st. We would also be open to extending that to 6 days nov 25 to dec 1st or 7 days nov 24- dec 1st.

There is availability but for Jambo house you would need 82 points for 11/24 to 12/01. And that is in a deluxe studio Savanna view, nothing available in standard. The other option is Kidani which is 62 points for a standard view. I only have 68 points.

Thank you so much for checking. The reason I'm trying to get the smaller Value studio (cheapest option) is because I was told they are all in Jambo. We have a 3 year old and Jambo just seems more convenient to all of the dining options. So how many points would Jambo be for just the 5 days? 11/26-12/01? Thanks again!

I'm sorry that was for 11/26-12/01. I typed the wrong date. So it's 82 points for 11/26 to 12/01.

Okay thank you! That means my only choice is a standard in Kidani. We'll look at it a little closer and make sure if we want to stay at Kidani or not. I really appreciate the help!

Anything wdw works except Saratoga

There is absolutely nothing available for those dates. The best they had was one or two nights but not the whole time. And I checked all room types.

I just started researching the DVC option, I am possibly interested in AKL/Dec. 3-7 (4 nights)/ 2 Adults, 1 (2yr old)/ Value, Standard or Savannah (in the main building Jambo)

I would like to know how the payment arrangement works, I saw that your post stated check or PayPal with 3% fee. Do you split payments or does it have to be paid in full?
