Points for Rent: 74 pts @ $9/pt for travel before 5/31/11

I have 74 points still available in my current June 2010 use year. I have to bank these points by 1/31, if I can't rent them. Because of this, I will ask for payment upon making the reservation and no cancellations.

I have no problem emailing a screenshot of the reservation on the DVC member site and/or making a conference call to confirm reservation. I can also provide current references for rentals that I have made recently.

I also have 380 more pts coming available on 6/1/11 if you're interested in a longer vacation at the end of May/beginning of June.

I do take Paypal payments, as long as they are current funds or if you'd like to use a credit card, I do ask for the Paypal fees associated with a credit card transaction.

If I figured it correctly value would be 53 points or standard view would be 67 points. My family has points but none to rent so I have used points before. Are your points still available? thanks
