Please remember that DVC works best for reserving stays more than 7 months out, as close to 11 months as possible.

Have 607 BLT points, March 2012 Use Year, available as follows:

554 2013 UY (borrowable to 2012)

$13 a point. If you want to stay at any DVC resort commencing less than 7 months from today, I recommend you rent from someone with a home resort less-in-demand to save yourself money, but please keep my contact info on file for the future.

Also available for stays with check-in on or after 12/1/12 only:

OKW 176 points, UY Dec. 2013, borrowable to 2012, $11 each

As of April 1, I will have SSR, BWV, and AKV points for stays starting on or after after 3/1/13. Please keep my info and/or email me if you might be interested.

Let me know if you want to BOOK A 2012 YEAR-END HOLIDAY STAY at one of these three resorts and I can set it up immediately. I have rented thousands of points since about 2007.

If you want a rental more than 11 months out, I can often "pre-reserve" for you and make the reservation exactly 11 months out to the day.

If you email me your email address, I can send you a 14-page document describing all aspects of DVC and renting. This will answer almost all your questions. Thanks.

BLT Studio 10/14/2012 - 10/20/2012. Standard View. Must be handicapped accessible and preferably close to the elevators that would take us to the monorail. DH is paraplegic and the room must be fully accessible.

2 adults, 1 child. We will want the Deluxe Dining Plan.

Hi. All VGC points have been rented. Still have OKW and BLT as described in the first post.

Will have access to 705 AKV, SSR, and BWV points on April 1, for stays 3/1/13 or later. Please keep me in mind. Thanks.
