Up for rent are 325 OKW points @ $11.50/point. These can be used at any DVC resort. Points are good for use after December 2011.
We have rented many times on this forum and have enthusiastic references.
Please note these important terms:
Minimum points rental is 150 pts.
Thank you for not asking me to check on availability if others have already checked and found no availability.
If there is availability when I call Disney, I will make the reservation at that time. Please include with your request:
- the name and home address in which the reservation will be held.
- Total number of occupants, and ages of children.
50% non-refundable deposit due at the time you receive written confirmation from Disney (within 7-10 days). Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Pay by personal check, or Paypal (plus 3%).
