$19.00 per point equal monthly payments (0 -10 months prior to check in, final monthly payment must be completed 30 days prior to check in)

Cancellation protection optional - $2.00 per rented point
1- 29 days prior to arrival total rental amount minus $9 per point
30 - 54 days prior to arrival total rental amount minus $8 per point
55 - 89 days prior to arrival total rental amount minus $7 per point
90 -180 days prior to arrival total rental amount minus $4 per point
6 - 11 months prior to arrival months total rental amount minus $2 per point

Right now only 1 night is available in the 1 bedroom value category. I can book a standard 1 bedroom or a studio then use the waitlist for a chance of converting to a 1 bedroom value.

At the moment the Grand Floridian is sold out every day in December in by the Standard and the Lake View deluxe studios doesn't look any better in the 1 bedroom category.

That’s a bummer! Does the same time frame (Dec 5-11) have any openings at Riviera or Beach Club? Typically with the Grand Floridian, do spots tend to open up later in the year?

I just checked December and there are no days available all month in standard or lake view in a studio. In a 1 bedroom standard there is one day the 28th and lake view the 25th. Availability is probably tight because members who didn't travel last year are using last years points in addition to those using last years points.

What is out there in studios
Saratoga Springs standard/ preferred 42/48 points
Old Key West 42 points

What is out there in a 1 bedroom
Saratoga Springs standard/ preferred 82/96 points
Old Key West 75 points
Riviera preferred view 141 points
Animal Kingdom Kidani Standard 80 points
Animal Kingdom Jambo or Kidani Savanna 99 points

All the other locations have 1 or 2 nights available.
