Looking into res you are looking for, we don't have enough points available right now to do the whole res in a 2 br std, but could do a 2 br val or two val studios. To do a std 2 br, we could do the first six nights now and one night in jan at 7 month mark, or do value now and upgrade in jan. Let me know what you think.
