Sorry no availability for that room. Least expensive rooms that are actually available are SSR at 96 for 1 bedroom and 93 points at OKW for 1 bedroom.

Hello!!!

I am a 3rd year DVC member who has both rented and transferred points to others multiple times over the last several years.

I have up to 115 points for rent. I am charging only $18 a point. The 115 points are Dec 2023 points. My home resort is the Animal Kingdom Lodge. As such, I can book a reservation at AKL up to 11 months from the date you are seeing this post or all other resorts up to 7 months from the date you are seeing this.

NO Personal Information is allowed in posts responding to this post. When we get to the point where personal information needs to be exchanged, we will all follow the rules and use the PM System.

Payment:

A) if the reservation is for before Dec 1, 2023, payment in full when we agree to make the reservation. If I can't make the reservation, you would of course receive 100% back. I would be borrowing those points from the 23 use year and cant put them back. So the money needs to be up front and there are no refunds if a reservation is made.

B) if the reservation is for before Dec 1, 2023, 20% is due when we reach the initial agreement to rent the points. Payment is due in full after I send you a confirmed reservation. There are no refunds unless I receive the points back from DVC and they do not go into holding. I accept either Venmo, Paypal, or cashier’s check. If you would like to use Paypal or Venmo then you are responsible for covering any and all fees associated with the transaction. I will also provide a contract for the rental as well.

Obviously, it is a lot easier and my preference if you want to make a reservation after Dec 1, 2023, but I will do one for before then. However there doesnt seem to be a ton of availability.

If you are talking about the new Disneyland Tower, I do have 200 direct points that could be used there at 7 months or less. However, I've checked on availability there and it seems mostly sold out for that time period. I'm happy to recheck though.
